A 2023/2024-es őszi egyetemi szemeszterben immár hatodik alkalommal tartjuk a Debreceni Egyetemen a Karrieralapozó az üzleti szolgáltató szektorban című kurzusunkat összesen 80 hallgató számára. A 11 hét során minden szerdán a Debrecen BSC Kerekasztal tagvállalatainak (4IG, BT, Diehl Aviation, DT-ITS, EPAM, Flowserve, NI, transcosmos) 12 előadójától szerezhetnek új ismereteket az üzleti szolgáltató szektorról magyar nyelven a hallgatók. Minden modult cégenként más-más szakember képvisel. Így nem csak a különböző cégek tapasztalatait adjuk át diákjainknak, hanem más kultúrák szemével láthatják az üzleti szférát és a különböző témákat.
Szabó Sándor – BT, a Debrecen BSC Kerekasztalnál a British Telecom képviseletében az elmúlt évben előadóként vett részt a „Karrieralapozó az üzleti szolgáltató szektorban” tanfolyamon, és most örömmel vállalta a kurzus koordinátori szerepet az aktuális félévben. „Nagy örömömre szolgált, amikor felkértek a kurzus koordinálásának szerepére, mert tavaly már megtapasztalhattam mint előadó, hogy rendkívül fontos és jól hasznosítható információkkal szolgálhatunk a jövő generációjának, közérthető formában. Itt gondolok például olyanokra, hogy milyen egy jó CV, hogy kell felépíteni egy izgalmas prezentációt, valamint a diákok betekintést nyerhetnek a munkajog világába is. Idén több előadást is végighallgattam és bátran mondhatom, hogy az oktatásban hiánypótló az a kurzus, amit mi biztosítunk a diákok számára, és elhozunk hétről hétre!”

„Az üzleti kurzuson való részvétel a hallgatók számára kiváló lehetőség, mivel lehetővé teszik számukra, hogy mélyebb betekintést nyerjenek a vállalati világba. A tanórák során szerzett új ismeretek segíthetik őket abban, hogy megértsék az üzleti világ működését. A diákok olyan készségeket fejleszthetnek ki, amelyek kulcsfontosságúak a versenyképes munkaerőpiacon például egy problémamegoldás vagy csapatmunka, vagy a kommunikáció. Emellett hatékonyan tudják alkalmazni az előadásokból szerzett elméleti tudást a valós üzleti kihívásokra, ezáltal növelve a karrierjük előmenetelének az esélyeit.
Előadóként, számomra nagy megtiszteltetés volt, hogy az eddigi tudásomat és tapasztalataimat megoszthattam a diákokkal. Az aktív részvétel és érdeklődésük inspiráló volt, és remélem, hogy az általam megosztott információk hozzájárultak a szakmai fejlődésükhöz. Bízom benne, hogy a hallgatók számára hasznos és motiváló élvény volt ez a kurzus! “

In the fall university semester of 2023/2024, we are holding the traditional Career Foundations in the Business Service Sector course for a total of 80 students for the sixth time at the University of Debrecen. Every Wednesday during the 11 weeks, students can gain new knowledge about the business service sector in Hungarian from 12 lecturers from the Debrecen BSC Round Table member companies (4IG, BT, Diehl Aviation, DT-ITS, EPAM, Flowserve, NI, transcosmos). Each module is represented by a different specialist in each company. In this way, we not only give our students the experience of different companies, but they can see the business sphere and different topics through the eyes of other cultures.
Sándor Szabó – BT, at the Debrecen BSC Round Table, representing British Telecom, participated in the „Career foundation in the business service sector” course last year as a speaker, and now he is happy to take on the role of course coordinator in the current semester. „I was very pleased when I was asked to coordinate the course, because last year I was already able to experience as a lecturer that we can provide extremely important and useful information to the future generation in a form that is easy to understand. Here I am thinking about things like what a good CV looks like, how to build an exciting presentation, and how students can gain insight into the world of labor law. This year, I listened to several lectures and I can confidently say that the course we provide for students fills a gap in education, and we bring them week after week!”
