The acronym ‘BSC’ (Business Service Centers) covers the business service sector. By this we mean all functions and jobs that support business processes, assist customer communication, or are essential to ensure our internal operation. These positions usually require a high level of language skills, but are not tied to any IT background or degree. We typically think of value streams, at the beginning of which are the customer (large corporate customers and companies) from whom the order (product or service) comes, and the (cyclical cycle) process is returning at the end to the starting point, the customer (product, service delivery, quality and satisfaction measurement)
